Our office now offers simple and convenient online appointment scheduling for your chiropractic visits as an option for you. You can make, cancel or modify appointments 24/7 365 days a year – yes even in your pajamas late at night, but make sure your midnight snack is nutritious!
We may have already created an account for you or you may have created an account yourself online. You may begin making appointments immediately by signing in with your User Name and Password at http://online.backresort.com.
Are your muscles tight and tense? Do you need a massage? You can even schedule appointments with our massage therapist too!
Do you have a friend who is in pain and could benefit from chiropractic care? Have them check online to schedule a new patient appointment.
Make or Modify Appointments Online
Once you have logged into your account you can update your contact information including phone, email, user name or password. As long we have your current valid email address, you will always receive a confirmation of any new, modified or cancelled appointments in your email box in the future.
You will also receive a courtesy email reminder the day before your next appointment. Email confirmations and reminders are sent both when our office or when you make or modify an appointment.
Please remember that our online scheduling is an option for you. We can still can make appointments in our office or by phone at 540 389-BACK (2225)

Existing Patients
To manage or modify your appointments you can login directly at http://online.backresort.com.
If you have been receiving email confirmations and reminders for previous appointments, then a User Name has already been created for you.
Click the above link to be directed to our appointment page. If we created your user ID initially, it will be your first and last name with no spaces. If you don’t know your password click on the password link on the sign-in page.
New Patients
New patients can schedule their first visit in our office online.
1) Go to our appointment page at http://online.backresort.com.
2) Click to register under “First Time Users”.
3) Please fill out some brief information such as your name, phone and email and create your own User Name and Password.
4) Once inside the scheduling interface Choose “Chiropractic” for the Department “New Patient 1st Visit (1 hour and 15 minutes) for the duration and choose the Doctor you would like to see.
5) Then choose a date and a time for your appointment. You will be directed to a confirmation page where you can click to confirm and make appointments.
6) You will receive a confirmation with your User Name and Password by email for your records for future reference. You will also receive an email reminder the day before your appointment.
